Requirements

  • You have at least 5 + years of experience in consulting, preferably with 2 to 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
  • You have practical experience in field service, customer service, service desk, case management, queues, dispatching, knowledge base, contracts/SLAs, field service planning, stock, and asset management.
  • You have served as a consultant on at least two end-to-end implementations
  • Strong experience within Field Service Module.
  • Copilot knowledge would be added advantage
  • Proficiency in configuring field service applications.
  • Managing work orders and scheduling resources.
  • Knowledge of the Field Service mobile app.
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
