Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver custom demos and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Business Central tailored to specific End-customer requirements
  • Configure and set up Business Central environments (Proof of Concept) for demonstrations understanding potential customers’ business processes and requirements.
  • Assist the sales team in preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales documents.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to prospects and customers and participate in sales calls and meetings as a subject matter expert, conducting discovery sessions and needs assessments as required
  • Technically qualify sales opportunities and provide input during sales meetings.
  • Manage changing priorities using excellent time management skills.
  • Lead the Sales to Operations handover process for successful opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Business Central and Power Platform features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements.
  • Experience in Jet reports, Power Platform (some knowledge of BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.)
  • Assist in the planning and execution of implementation projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
