Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a data analytical or ecommerce trading role
  • Experience of analyzing complex data and large data volumes
  • Knowledge and application of best practice customer insight principles
  • Analytical skills with understanding of measuring stock, margins, sales and returns in a report format
  • Track record of identifying growth opportunities for the business from data analysis
  • Proficient in Adobe Analytics or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Proficient in Power BI, Tableau or similar
  • Proficient in Monetate or similar testing tools
  • Master degree’s in Marketing, Consumer Insights, E-commerce, Digital

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the eCommerce Analytics & Optimization Manager and Marketing Dept. to produce and maintain centrally aligned sales and KPI reports for weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Analytics Tools Expert: Become the Adobe Analytics and BI tools team expert within the team and provide analytics and systems training to teams where relevant.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Work closely with the Ecommerce team to provide core insights from data to suggest A/B tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site performance.
  • Personalization: Support the Ecommerce team in identifying and setting up personalization experiences to optimize customers’ journey.
  • Behavioral Reporting: Assist the Ecommerce Trader with online behavioral reporting to trade the site effectively and efficiently.
  • Marketing Support: Support the Marketing Dept. across attribution projects, campaign tracking, tag management, and understanding the online customer journey.
  • Post-Promotion Analysis: Responsible for creating and presenting post-promotion and campaign analysis to be presented to wider teams and senior management.
  • Merchandising Collaboration: Work closely with local and global merchandising teams to report on online product and category performance and provide stock status updates.
  • Forecasting and Project Insight: Support with techniques for the Ecommerce forecast and enhance project insight for the business.
  • Behavior Evaluation: Evaluate consumer and website behavior across all digital channels and implement segmentation such as behavioral analysis.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Notify the project team about abnormalities or variances through ad-hoc analysis.
