  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Public Health, Communication or a related degree preferred, but open to other majors.
  • Applicants for this role should graduate between Spring 2023 to Spring 2024 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in a defined labor market
  • Perform specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics, as assigned
  • Analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports
  • Provide routine, day-to-day support to consultants regarding the interpretation of data and findings
  • Maintain and update compensation and financial databases
  • Health and Benefits Specialist:
  • The Health Solutions Specialist will contribute to the team's success by taking ownership of and accountability for assigned projects and deliverables. You will play an integral role on the client team, with exposure to all aspects of day-to-day client service delivery. This includes:
  • Proactively building knowledge base of health and welfare benefits
  • Developing an understanding of basic business and financial concepts
  • Collaborating with others to get input on identifying and resolving issues
  • Collecting, analyzing, and preparing information to facilitate requirements of client requests
