  • Professional Qualifications and Education:
  • The successful candidates for the 2024 programme should have the following minimum requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant qualification
  • ABB at A-level or Higher or 32 IB Diploma; and
  • B or above in GCSE or National 5 Maths and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications

Responsibilities

  • The rotational program is divided into four rotations, each term running for approximately six months. During this time, the candidate will report to senior leaders within the Digital Technology Services (DTS) function, who will guide them through the program of rotations. MAP candidates will also be provided with a buddy to offer first-hand experience and to assist with navigation around the organization.
  • The 2024 intake will be based in London, with possible travel to other offices as COO teams are spread across a number of UK locations. The individuals would be expected to build a network outside of the COO function, including contacts within Financial Services.
