Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing Manager in ideation, execution, and analysis of testing roadmap.
  • Develop an A/B testing strategy for content across trigger programs.
  • Own test launches and day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns with internal partners and external vendor. This includes: creative briefing, documentation, feedback, production, and QA.
  • Bring personalized experiences to life across all email strategies by being the business leader when collaborating with product, data science, and vendor partners.
  • Launch/make changes to applicable trigger programs based on ecomm promo strategy.
  • Manage hands-on email coding, campaign setup, QA, and proofing within our email platform (Cordial), including audience definition, content creation and campaign deployment for Adhoc promotional email campaigns.
  • Resize and modify graphics/images used within email templates.
  • Support Canada email strategy, testing roadmap, and analysis of performance.
  • Own weekly, monthly, quarterly performance insights for triggers and CA email channel.
  • Be able to make recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Conduct periodic competitive research of best-in-class automation messaging strategies.
