  • Vous intervenez sur des phases d’origination et des phases d’exécution de mandats sur nos opérations variées
  • Vous préparez des propositions commerciales/pitchs (analyse de marché, positionnement de la société, analyse financière, valorisation, recherche des acquéreurs potentiels etc.)
  • Vous rédigez des Mémorandum d’Informations
  • Vous réalisez la modélisation de Business Plans, de montages LBO et de Management Package
  • Vous participez au suivi et à la coordination des due diligence
