  • Demonstrate strong commercial knowledge, including deal structures and pricing strategies.
  • Promote ongoing improvement and adaptability within teams in the evolving AI and Data market.

  • Lead a team of 8 North America Account Executives (Commercial/Midmarket) across all verticals.
  • Coach direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning/development.
  • Recruit, train, and nurture your team of experienced sales professionals with high potential and strong performance history.
  • Provide skill training and mentoring on complex sales motions, solution presentations, juggling multiple relationships with internal teams, and weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting.
  • Interface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects at all levels of an organization.
  • Display a systemic approach to handling meaningful contract negotiations/deals with multiple reps at a time.
  • Create ways to include Edge Subscriptions on our traditional XM Software opportunities and sell Edge Subscriptions independent of any other solution.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Qualtrics' solution offerings including strong competency in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and how it will shape the insights industry.
  • Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in building win-based proposals and pricing.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with other functional areas internally at Qualtrics.
  • Get actively involved in sales cycles and coach AEs to bring deals to close.
