Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day support on all types of editorial projects
  • Providing accurate and timely database management and support (Datavision, iEnvision, Veeva, etc)
  • Ensuring that quality control is paramount across all materials produced by OPEN Health
  • Collaborating with appropriate members of the OPEN Health team (medical & scientific, client and creative services) on a wide range of projects
  • Ensuring awareness of editorial processes, such as booking and briefing of work, and estimated timelines/budgets for all job types
  • Flagging potential time or budget issues and out of scope work as required to line manager or resource coordinator
  • Developing an understanding of various therapy areas and client brands
  • Keeping abreast of all relevant industry guidelines
  • Participating in internal status meetings, and external meetings where required
  • Participating in brainstorms and internal team discussions
  • Submitting accurate and timely timesheets
