What is the Golden Hello payment for this position?
The Golden Hello payment is £2,750 for new starters who are external to the Trust, payable in 3 instalments over a 2-year period.
Who is eligible for the Golden Hello payment?
New starters who do not already hold a contract of employment with the Trust and have not been an employee of the Trust in the previous 3 years are eligible.
Is there a requirement for unsocial hours working?
Yes, there are paid enhancements for working unsocial hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
What qualifications are required for this role?
You must be a qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner or Children's Wellbeing Practitioner and have obtained the relevant EMHP/CWP Post Graduate Diploma qualification following the completion of a CYP IAPT approved training.
What types of mental health problems will I be addressing in this role?
You will be delivering evidence-based early intervention for children and young people in education settings with mild to moderate mental health problems.
Where are the base locations for the posts?
The full-time post is based at Lindsay Close, Mansfield, and the part-time (0.5 WTE) post is based at Balderton Primary Care Centre in Newark and Sherwood.
What is the overall goal of the Mental Health Support Team (MHST)?
The goal is to provide early intervention and support for mental health and wellbeing in educational settings, fostering a Whole School Approach.
Will I be working alone or as part of a team?
You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team within the Mental Health Support Team.
