Responsibilities

  • Work with a local and global team to develop and execute the best experience for BrainStation students and alumni
  • Oversee programming setup and preparation to ensure a smooth execution by team members
  • Lead BrainStation onboarding, programming debriefs and reviewing student feedback
  • Build and develop relationships with hiring partners and companies to support BrainStation’s graduates
  • Work closely with our global Experience team to develop and implement strategies to grow our network of hiring partners
  • Develop and maintain alumni relations to build BrainStation’s community
  • Oversee BrainStation alumni outcomes tracking, ensuring consistency and quality of data collection
  • Identify opportunities to improve program delivery and efficiencies
  • Support the leadership team by providing relevant analyses, insights, and recommending improvements
  • Participate in the local tech community and build the BrainStation brand
