Responsibilities

  • Partner with business groups to conduct needs analysis and draft training solution plans.
  • Assist in performing task analysis, identifying learner characteristics and skill gaps, and specifying learning paths and instructional strategies.
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective training materials to drive employee engagement, skill development, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and team members across the business to create self-directed, instructor-led, blended, and micro-learning training experiences.
  • Use eLearning authoring software and multimedia business tools to storyboard and develop interactive courses and immersive training experiences (Articulate360, Camtasia, AI audio/video, Vyond, etc.).
  • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photographic and video-based training and communication materials (DSLR, 360° video, Adobe suite, etc.).
  • Assist in the development of an eLearning asset catalogue.
  • Apply visual, graphic, and informational design principles to training material layouts.
  • Provide visual and design feedback to improve the usability and learning experience of training and multimedia content and the LMS user experience.
  • Develop style guides for various forms of learning content.
  • Conduct beta testing and formative evaluations of courses and training materials.
  • Analyze feedback and learning data to continuously improve training materials and programs.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Collaborate with LMS administrators to upload and manage training material and resources within the LMS platform (Docebo) to ensure easy access for employees and a user-centered design experience.
  • Write content descriptions, upload course banners and images, manage system tagging, and enable appropriate course settings, notifications, and visibility rules.
  • Assist with eLearning troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with LMS content delivery.
