Requirements

  • BE Computer science/MscIT/MCA
  • 6 months to 2 years experience in content development for digital mediums, including web-based and mobile-based learning development
  • A passion for visual design, innovation, and teamwork
  • Knowledge in eLearning authoring tools like (Storyline, Captivate, etc.)
  • Good knowledge in HTML5, CSS, SASS, JSON and writing cross-browser compatible code
  • Good knowledge in RESTful services & JavaScript build tools (webpack, Grunt, babel)
  • To be able to work to a brief, solve problems creatively and adapt their style
  • Ability to think "outside the box" and work in tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Develop content for digital platforms (including e-learning/mobile learning) that supports learning which is portable, scalable, and easily accessible to the remotest employee within the organization
  • Develop web-based applications using JavaScript frameworks
  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design, Develop and manage well-functioning applications
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Create, edit, develop, and publish training content and materials for digital mediums
  • Work in collaboration with the Functional training teams, content development vendors to have an optimized digital learning program for the end-users
  • Providing creative and innovative ideas to ensure all learning developed is engaging, appropriate to the audience, and meets the business objectives
  • Handover of new eLearning courses to Training as needed according to the complexity of upgrade/change
