Responsibilities

  • - Work within a team that will design the modifications and upgrades to aircraft interior. Primary areas of responsibility include lighting, passenger audio / visual systems, communication systems, electrical power, and other electronic systems integration.
  • - Interfaces with wiring design and installation engineers
  • - Provide engineering solutions for Modification related Customer Support Service Requests
  • - Produce wiring diagrams, installation drawings, and harness data reports from electrical/avionics system schematics and wiring diagrams respecting client processes and templates.
  • - Analyze existing wiring diagrams, harness data reports and routing maps, and then provide recommendations for improvements in harness design and installation
  • - Generate installation design and 2D drawings. Design innovative solutions on Catia to support the client’s customizing choices
  • - Assist in the development of manufacturing, integration, and test process and procedures
  • - Supporting system development from concept design to production, resolving and design, manufacturing, and assembly issues
  • - Prepare the reports and certification documents to support the aircraft modification. Present engineering technical information, modification engineering, and project status to Group lead.
  • - Perform record-keeping functions effectively and in accordance with all our client's Aerospace policies and procedures and customers policies and procedures.
  • - Become familiar with and ensure that all workplace conduct is in accordance with our client's Aerospace’s Human Resources safety and security policies and procedures.
