Responsibilities

  • Own the growth strategy for our B2C or B2B email and push notification campaigns in Europe (DE, UK, IE).
  • A/B test innovative ideas for optimizing our emails, leveraging our experimentation platform to improve engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement technology-driven improvements that elevate campaign effectiveness, streamline processes, and meet evolving business needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders - including Creative, Promotions, Brand, SF engineering, Data Science, and MarTech teams—to coordinate, plan, and execute high-impact campaigns and experiments that align with our business goals.
  • Analyze and report on email campaign performance using a suite of analytic tools to identify opportunities and create data-driven strategies to drive channel performance.
