  • Accountability Manage €120M spend across 1200 stores in UK/Ireland & Nordics, covering all G&A categories (HR, Travel, Fleet, Legal, GNFR, Facility Management, Utilities) across Essilor, Luxottica, and Grand Vision (30 entities/sites).
  • Category Governance Oversee UK/Ireland & Nordics category baseline, align sourcing strategies with Global/Regional Category Managers, and ensure KPI-driven governance.
  • Optimization Identify synergies and drive cost-saving opportunities across retail, wholesale, and operations; manage pricing, demand, policy, and process standardization.
  • Savings Plan Lead sustainable savings plan, track and report savings and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with category stakeholders, enhance procurement centralization and governance.
  • Business Support Provide procurement insights for business decisions, cost analysis, and business case support.
  • Project Leadership Lead local/regional procurement projects, manage requirements, and report to C-level.
  • P2P Support Guide local entities on Procure to Pay (P2P) needs and support group integration.
  • Policy Enforcement Define and enforce EssilorLuxottica procurement category policies.
  • Vendor Management Establish regional contracts, ensure vendor compliance, and optimize the supplier panel for technology and innovation.
