Responsibilities

  • Primary contact for EMEA employee issues and questions related to Payroll.
  • Will work with external Vendors to process international payrolls.
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll processes for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Collect and validate employee data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Coordinate with internal finance team of disbursements of funds for employees, taxes, and other payments as necessary.
  • Support implementation of a new global payroll vendor, providing standard methodology, and supporting discovery sessions with key partners.
  • Review and validate payroll inputs, including employee data, timesheets, benefits, and deductions, for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage payroll data integrity and maintain employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Conduct periodic payroll audits to ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve any payroll-related issues.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in global payroll management as well as legal requirements.
  • Explores opportunities to simplify and automate processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develops and documents procedural improvements.
  • May be responsible for development and/or delivery of training related to payroll.
  • Drive consistency in end-to-end payroll process supporting improved efficiencies/compliance and standardization.
