  • Oversees the direction of DEI strategy, processes and practices for EMESA, reporting into EMESA People Chair and EMESA CHRO.
  • Leading the dialog with the Systems, supporting them in development and delivery of programs and efforts focused on the recruitment, development and retention of diverse staff across all levels of seniority as well as running some programs on the regional level.
