Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of People and Culture to develop and implement an employee engagement calendar and communication strategies that align with business priorities and promote a positive employee experience.
  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns to enhance team morale, connection, and sense of belonging.
  • Develop and oversee the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) calendar, ensuring alignment with recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to promote the company’s EVP through internal and external channels, supporting initiatives showcasing AstraZeneca as a great workplace.
  • Create, manage, and deliver all employee-related communications, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and consistent with the company’s tone and culture.
  • Maintain open communication channels and drive awareness of employee resources and support programs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support their communication needs and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee engagement and communication best practices.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of engagement and communication initiatives, using employee feedback, survey data, and other insights to inform and continuously improve strategies.
