  • 5+ years experience in Program Management within an Employee and/or Occupational Health Function within a corporate setting
  • Proven track record of success at the program manager level with the following: health promotion programming, benefit programs, occupational/employee health clinics, public health/preventive medicine/OSHA programs, wellbeing programs, leave of absence/disability clinical case reviewer/manager, or other corporate health programs

  • Strong memo writing skills (for the corporate environment)

Responsibilities

  • Program Management:
  • Effectively interact and communicate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders
  • Fully own end-to-end execution and day-to-day program management of Employee Health initiatives to successful completion
  • Own all meeting logistics for initiatives (Scheduling, team meetings, agenda support/creation, reporting, communication, note-taking)
  • Lead agile project management workflows and buildout of project schedules
  • Proactively manage tracking of all project activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, risks are flagged, and key milestones are achieved
  • Manage tracking of project budget and all associated spending
  • Responsible for all communications regarding initiatives (Team meetings, memos, etc)
  • Operations:
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams to strategically scale initiatives
  • Own contracting process with vendors (medical and occupational health vendors, contractors, and consultants), including supporting the development of MSA and SOWs, in partnership with team lead
  • Support global budget and spend tracking
  • Accurately track/analyze employee health data to evaluate the effectiveness of the evolving strategy and the ability to storytell with data learnings
  • Portfolio Management and Communications:
  • Lead the development of scientific communications (written and oral) for diverse audiences
  • Act as a resource for issues affecting the workplace such as disease outbreaks, mental health/wellbeing issues, and return to work assistance.
  • Assist with drafting policies, procedures, and standards for key stakeholders
  • Support workplace incident investigations and reporting of potential OSHA recordable cases
  • Conduct health-related research and literature reviews
  • Serve as point of escalation for employee health questions
