Responsibilities

  • Investigating code of conduct related matters inclusive of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, inappropriate behavior and executive office complaints ensuring proper escalation, engagement and fairness is delivered across all stakeholder groups;
  • Reach HR disciplinary outcomes for assigned employee conduct investigations, including investigations led by Control Partners and Employee Relations;
  • Ensure the enquiry and investigation reports meet the highest quality standards and adherence to case management timelines and system requirements;
  • Support Employee Relations leadership on implementing key country-wide projects around conduct, governance, policy and control;
  • Partner with Employee Relations leadership in analyzing and providing insights to senior leaders and HR stakeholders on areas of focus and emerging trends, to enable proactive interventions within the organization;
  • Partner with ER leadership, as appropriate, globally to understand regional differences and requirements;
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and refinement of services;
  • Demonstrate expected behaviors, as well as, identify and escalate issues in a timely manner;
  • Deliver a trusted ER brand known to employees and managers as a place where their voices are heard and acted on accordingly and build a first class experience to all employees, stakeholders and control partners through effective collaboration and communication;
  • Participate in various risk and control initiative, including assisting with regulatory responses on employee conduct matter and engage, conduct & participate in the ER aspects of organizational audits, transactions and RFPs.
