Responsibilities

  • Provide trusted advice and counsel to employees, line managers, and HRBPs on navigating common workplace issues and interpreting policies and procedures.
  • Partner with managers and HRBPs to address employee underperformance, disciplinary matters, and sensitive leaves of absence/ADA accommodations; support the development and execution of associated action plans, communications, and documentation.
  • Lead end-to-end investigations into Tier 1 workplace complaints and concerns, generating detailed investigation reports and providing timely and appropriate stakeholder updates.
  • Collaborate with other ER CoE team members on Tier 2 investigations as needed.
  • Utilize the HR Acuity case management tool to document and manage employee relations cases and investigations.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of the tool to provide guidance and support to team members, including organizing periodic user training.
  • Manage the exit interview process for North American voluntary departures, track feedback from departing employees, and generate data-driven insights for relevant HRBPs and stakeholders.
  • In consultation with HRBPs and ER CoE team members, generate termination letters, release agreements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for departing employees and coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and Technology teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Use HR Acuity, Vemo (workforce planning analytics tool), and other data sources to analyze employee data and trends, identifying potential issues and recommending proactive solutions.
  • Contribute to developing tools, templates, and processes to support the standardization and centralization of ER functions.
  • Participate in developing, implementing, and reviewing ER-related policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date and effective.
