  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of employer branding projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with team goals.
  • Own and deliver projects and tasks directly impacting wider Employer Branding initiatives and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and support team members to achieve objectives effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and communications, to execute branding initiatives.
  • Conduct regular project evaluations and report on key metrics to assess effectiveness and impact.
  • Act as a brand guard to ensure that all external communications reflect Zalando’s values and culture.
  • Manage and implement a community engagement strategy to foster a strong and active community across our social media platforms.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to make an impact on our reputation using data from reputation management platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to community comments and inquiries promptly and professionally.
