Responsibilities

  • Our highly experienced Employment team is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our either our Exeter or Bristol office. In this role you will support the team in delivering a first-class service to clients.
  • Contentious and non-contentious instructions from a wide range of clients, spanning a variety of sectors including Health, Retail, Education, Manufacturing and Public Sector;
  • Corporate support work in which we advise on the employment aspects of various transactions from dissolution of partnerships, MBOs and AIM listings;
  • Advising on investigations spanning the full range of employment law and regulatory spectrum, covering protected disclosures, discrimination, harassment and victimisation related complaints; and
  • Advising clients on the day-to-day management of employees, workers, volunteers, contractors and commercial agents / agency arrangements.
