Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery Management
  • Scan project Feature List and identify HW and SW requirements.
  • Prepare delivery success criteria as per NPI process and track progress of deliverables.
  • Coordinate with all stake holders like EnE, AE, Chassis and B&T and ensure that the project requirements are defined and shared with suppliers.
  • Conduct project review meetings to monitor progress and prepare progress report on deliverable
  • Work with VE team to track issues and coordinate with stake holder in closing the issues
  • Work with TS and CS teams to develop End of Line and Diagnostic tools
  • Ensure generation of IPR ideas, review documentation and oversee submission for patents.
  • Product Development
  • Plan and review CoC / group activities to meet and integrate with the organizational requirements of product time line, quality management and cost for CoC system through deployment of NPI process
  • Implement best practices to find and solve problems at an early stage, shorten the product development lifecycle, enhance the design quality, reduce the development risks and be first time right
  • Product Sustenance
  • Plan & review engineering changes by seeking periodic inputs from all stake holders to ensure features are implemented in totality.
  • Review and drive corrective measures on Quality issues wrt electrical HW and SW and implement the learning in Engineering Product Development Processes
