Responsibilities

  • - manage planning and execution for a number of competition and non-competition venues, or for a number of commodities;

  • - be in control of the budget implications of any proposed Engineering solutions and be aware of budget constraints and design to a budget;
  • - support the VNI team in the preparation, collection and checking of the technical documentation needed to run tenders;
  • - support the VNI team and statutory roles in place in the collection and checking of all the documentation needed to file for building permit and temporary fit-for-use certification;
  • - manage relationships with service providers / contractors to ensure efficient and effective delivery;
  • - ensure a high standard of relationship management and service with all internal functions, partners, stakeholders and contractors and the like;
  • - share ideas and information with the team and contribute to the team environment;
  • - be aware and comply with the Corporation’s health and safety policies, standards practices and program.
