Responsibilities

  • Participate to asset performance management and related projects at assigned customer sites
  • Support the projects initiation and pre-sales tasks, including the admin processes to enable a project proposal/quote generation or finalization
  • Assist with detailed data management impacting the overall performance of the projects, including complex datasets related to laboratory instruments, financials, timelines and customer specified information, in both Excel and Smartsheet
  • Build and maintain client and vendor cross functional relationships, while upholding data integrity for the projects
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external project team members both domestic and international
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to acquire and handle quotes, invoices, and reconcile issues as needed
  • Work closely with Schedule Co-ordinators, field delivery teams, business centre, and 3rd party service providers to ensure timely delivery of services for assigned customer
  • Deal with various tasks including data management, vendor management, project assistance, invoicing and financial reconciliation and other tasks as they develop
  • Provide support to the Enterprise business to manage key internal and external projects of the services business in EMEA
  • Manages and performs project activities dealing with Laboratory Productivity, Relocations, Inventory Service delivery, asset load, service level delivery
