Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring correct, complete access to all Clarivate web products and providing direct support to all contract and trial customers.
  • Process information from Salesforce.com or via email and interact with Sales and other Clarivate groups as needed to ensure contract or trial setup information is complete and accurate.
  • Transact accurate product access for customers within established SLAs, ensuring that all customers receive welcome emails.
  • Aid in the ongoing support of customer accounts, including handling changes and amendments.
  • Assist in resolving incoming queries promptly, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and strong communication skills.
  • Follow Clarivate’s audit and compliance controls.
