Do we support remote work?
This role will require you to be in our Boston office at least 2 days a week, so it operates in a hybrid format.
What are the minimum qualifications for this position?
A Bachelor's degree is required, along with 0 years of related experience. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Is there a requirement for travel in this role?
Domestic and/or international travel may be required; however, the frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and workload.
What skills are desirable for this position?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work with detail and manage multiple priorities, and basic knowledge of human resources practices, policies, regulations, and programs are desirable.
Is there any background check or drug testing involved?
Yes, CDM Smith reserves the right to require background checks, including criminal, employment, and education checks, as well as drug testing for designated positions.
Are there any bonuses associated with this position?
All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
