Responsibilities

  • Prepares communications using approved formats for interviews, offer letters, sign on and relocation agreements, on boarding materials, background check forms, and immigration letters, etc. Distributes communications and collects employee forms and documentation. Follows up to obtain missing documentation as necessary.
  • Schedules interviews, books candidate travel arrangements, briefs applicants and employees on benefits and human resources policies and programs and responds to their questions regarding human resources policies and programs following standard procedures. Manages reimbursement of candidate expenses. Refers to senior human resources staff if inquiry is outside of normal scope.
  • Processes transactions in 3rd party applications. Reviews and manages I-9 forms for collection and retention purposes.
  • Processes invoices, check requests and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Transmits information to vendors following prescribed procedures to include: data for relocation, background check, job postings, etc.
  • Participates on HR project teams to improve processes, reduce manual work and increase efficiencies. Administers and coordinates additional programs such as e-Verify, e-Rail safe and other programs as necessary.
  • Maintains process documentation and files.
  • Performs other duties as required.

This role will require you to be in our Boston office at least 2 days a week, so it operates in a hybrid format.
