Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk, Primavera P6, and/or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage schedule and ensure quality and safety.
  • Prior related intern experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting theProject Management team by overseeing construction administration tasks.
  • Preparing subcontractor reports as needed to keep the supervisor and client informed of ongoing progress.
  • Participating in site visits.
  • Coordinating and assisting superintendent as required.
  • Receiving, reviewing, and submitting documents for approval (submittals/ RFIs/ etc.).
  • Assisting project manager costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract.
  • Working with document control systems, project management systems, and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
  • Attending meetings and reporting on project tasks as needed.
