  • Stanley Consultants, Inc is currently seeking an Entry Level Structural Engineer for one of our offices in Minneapolis MN, Phoenix AZ, or West Palm Beach FL.
  • You are a Structural Engineer in Training (0-4 years’ experience) holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis. Your responsibilities will include technical analysis, design, preparation of construction documents, reports, and cost estimates for structural, infrastructure, environmental, water resources, and energy projects.
  • Your task focus will be on structural engineering analysis and design for a wide range of concrete, steel, and other structural elements for engineering planning, analysis, and design projects. Familiarity with:
  • Drawings, specifications, and basic structural engineering software such as STAAD and MathCAD
  • Understanding of structural standards, construction observation, geotechnical, and soils engineering skills


  • A minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in either Civil Engineering, Master of Science degree in structural or geotechnical engineering is a plus
  • FE/EIT certification is required
  • 0 - 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Applied knowledge of structural engineering theory and principles
  • CAD and structural analysis software
  • Strong oral communication and technical writing skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Familiarity with federal, including USACE engineering guides and standards, and state government guidelines, policies and procedures is a plus
