  • Educated to Master degree level in Environmental Science or other relevant discipline
  • 2-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in ESG management and consulting within the relevant or related industries, with a proven track record of successfully leading sustainability initiatives and projects
  • Familiarity with ESG regulations, reporting standards and compliance requirements within the industry, any ESG-related certification is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex ESG terminology and skilled in translating ESG requirements, aligning ESG initiatives with broader business goals and long-term strategies
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and proven ability in stakeholder management
  • Ability and readiness to undertake global business travel (around 10%)
  • Fluent in English, any other languages are a plus

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ESG project management
  • Identifying, conceptualizing and managing ESG related projects and initiatives on group level
  • Project based analysis and implementation for upcoming regulations and market or customer ambitions
  • Translation of regulatory requirements for businesses and functions up to implementation of required processes, standards and adaptation of IT or infrastructure
  • General coverage of all ESG topics, with strong focus on environmental topics such as climate change, water and circularity
  • Managing ESG ratings and rankings performance through standardized process
  • Content contributor for ESG reporting, according to CSRD
  • Support in customer focused projects as ESG expert
