Requirements

  • Proven experience in ESG (environmental, social, and governance), project management, sustainability reporting, or related
  • Strong project management skills; PMP desirable
  • Knowledge of ESG and/ or CSRD reporting. Familiarity with ESG jargon across a range of priority topics
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA region, cultures and legislation
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data, proven experience in data validation
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, database management systems and analysis via various platforms and software
  • Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders in large global environment spanning multiple time-zones to meet organisational goals within deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to finance, compliance, legal, HR, regional and global sustainability teams to develop a robust ESG & CSRD Data Collection & Reporting program.
  • Support external consultants to conduct data readiness review, establish a reusable reporting infrastructure, and maximise internal engagement, educate, and guide business data owners.
  • Oversee internal data collection outreach and ensure ESG data consistency across the business.
  • Integrate with existing systems for data collection and management and/or evaluate opportunities for improvements to streamline efforts.
  • Implement reliable and auditable processes and controls for ESG data collection, validation, and reporting.
  • Draft project plan with concrete milestones and monitor the execution of each work stream.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify gaps in data collection and data quality and develop solutions that are replicable and scalable and aligned with CSRD reporting requirements.
  • Stay on top of regulatory requirement changes, project timeline and reporting deadlines in partnership with the global Compliance team.
  • Conduct meetings and report detailed project progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate internal checks and approvals.
