The main responsibility is to support the Country Risk Rating, Sub-Sovereign Rating, and Country Events products by monitoring country news, conducting in-depth research and analysis, ensuring the quality and timely publication of research deliverables, and presenting research insights.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A graduate degree in a related discipline (business, finance, international relations, and/or social science) and 5+ years of relevant work experience in country and/or ESG research are required.
Is prior knowledge of sustainability topics important for this role?
Yes, a demonstrated interest in sustainability topics is important, and knowledge of financial markets and ESG investment approaches is considered an asset.
Will I have the opportunity to mentor junior analysts?
Yes, the Senior Analyst will review assessments and provide guidance to junior analysts.
