You will be working on a caseload of complex Estate Planning cases, which will include Wills, Trusts, and LPAs.
How will I be communicating with clients in this role?
You will primarily engage with clients through telephone and email communications.
Will I receive support and mentorship in this role?
Yes, you will have access to expert support from the team and will be able to mentor more junior members of the team. Administrative support will also be provided at certain case levels.
What skills are important for this role?
Strong attention to detail, the ability to draft documents, initiative, effective prioritization, and a client-focused approach are all important skills for an Estate Planning Solicitor.
