Requirements

  • Digital marketing experience, including search, affiliates and social performance. Ideally some Retail Media experience also.
  • Results & performance driven with proven track record of driving performance results
  • A deep understanding of performance media analytics, metrics and dashboards
  • Champion of ecommerce best practice, website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools
  • Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with partners and colleagues
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience of using GA4, Adwords/SA360 and related Google Suite Tools
  • Experience managing successful digital marketing agency and media owner relationships

Responsibilities

  • Provide data and insights which will inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and advice to brand teams to improve demand capture / performance marketing strategies
  • Analyze performance trends across all marketing channels to identify key areas of opportunity and challenge to deliver incremental quality traffic, revenue and market share
  • Acquire, compile and cascade relevant insights in online marketing trends from across the business and industry
  • Support delivery of corporate regional marketing channel strategy and drive through strategic initiatives with our brands
  • Compile and cascade best practice guidelines, sharing the successes and learnings from marketing channel performance across brands
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Enterprise Marketing & Online team to understand consumer insights, identify opportunities for segmentation and optimize marketing channels performance ensuring a seamless consumer journey
  • Develop our use of PPC, Product Feeds and Affiliate marketing in line with industry best practice to drive online revenue.
  • Develop our retailer media marketing in line with key strategic retailers focusing on driving performance insights, optimization opportunities and strengthening the retailer relationships
  • Oversee the performance marketing testing framework identifying key opportunities for innovation to drive incremental business growth
  • Manage the implementation of media measurement activity including incremental testing opportunities, MMM (Media Mix modelling) and competitive analysis
  • Be the key point of contact for third party partners (agency & media partner) to facilitate business outcomes, test first-to-market opportunities and cascade strategic recommendations to brands through a community of practice
  • Ensure financial compliance across the brands (invoicing and POs) for marketing channel suppliers.
