Requirements

  • Several years of supply chain management experience with strong Supply Planning and project management skills.
  • Several years’ experience in supply planning FMCG/Retail/manufacturing company would be desirable.
  • Demonstrable ability to engage and align stakeholders behind plans, win support for implementing change with Europe Planning and Market Teams.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a supply chain related subject.
  • Ability to lead in environments where influence is more important than formal authority.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of end to end supply chain and Customer collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written combined with the ability to engage effectively at all levels in the organisation and with virtual teams.
  • Experience in Tools and platforms for Supply planning.
  • Demonstrable ability to get results through remote network of people.
  • Numerate and ability to apply KPI’s to drive performance management at all levels, especially in demand forecasting field.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and conduct analysis to map Market planning processes.
  • Create long-term development plan to realize several improvement steps within 5+ next year.
  • Support development and execution of transformation vision.
  • Support in development of materials to communicate strategy and business health to key stakeholders such as PCSL Director Europe and Supply Chain Directors in the Markets.
  • Work in partnership with the Market Planning Team, Business Planning Department to coordinate and support all Business Transformation programs and initiatives.
  • Lead the Wasteforce program for Market Planning to ensure proper Root Cause Analysis and prevent issues from repeating in the future.
