Responsibilities

  • Apply the fundamentals of the business, target audiences and department goals and translate the knowledge into successful client events
  • Lead and participate on event planning teams, direct inquiries to the proper individuals or departments, and answer inquiries on events
  • Manage multiple programs and task to deliver event-related projects concurrently with different Event team members as the lead independently
  • Contribute to the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including, but not limited to: venue research; data maintenance and integrity; internal and external communications; invitation creation, testing and distribution; pre-event tasks, like audio visual and technical requirements; delegation housing and registration; on-site staffing and support; post-event tasks, such as consolidating survey data, processing expenses and supporting event debriefs
  • Manage administrative tasks, e.g., manage, review and reconcile reports (invitation lists, RSVP, delegation, registration, dinner assignments, etc.); managing event supplies and shipping; premium research and ordering; and production tasks of event materials like name badges, biographies, speaker introductions, briefing memos and printing, contract negotiations, A/V, venue management
  • Collaborate with other event marketers and internal teams including Creative Services, Advisory, Marketing, Sales and Product functions for event execution
  • Become a ‘super user’ of core event related technologies to include Zkipster, Adobe, GEM and expense processing tools
