Requirements

- degree or Master’s degree holder with a sharp analytical mind
- a minimum of 8-10 years of solid experience working in securities houses, asset management dealing or wealth management in India onshore market.
- candidate should have the NISM VII & NISM V-A certification as per the required SEBI regulations.
- knowledge and experience of Fixed Income trade reporting on various platforms i.e., CBRICS, FTrac and NDS-RST is an added advantage.
- well conversant with MS office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. This is required for transaction processing and preparing MIS reporting for internal purpose and Business stakeholders.
- strong English communication skills (orally and written) would be an additional merit particularly for collaboration with offshore stakeholders.
- ability to keep self-abreast with the latest developments in the financial markets/policies at all times.

Responsibilities

- responsible for offering product solutions / services to Professional Investors (PI) in the areas of Bonds, Equity and Primary Market Funds, with a focus on efficient and prompt management of orders, execution of transactions and reporting of trades.
- work with your line manager in overseeing the desks processes and platform development from front to back end.
- collaborate with stakeholders onshore and globally to develop a competitive and comprehensive product shelf and service offerings for WM clients in India.
- representing Cross Assets Execution desk in various Management Committees for any matters relating to the business / product / services in India.
- understand the best execution framework and adhere to execution standards and arrangements in accordance with applicable policies and guidelines.
- quickly pick up product knowledge, collaborate well with different teams and stakeholders within the bank, showing your diligence and dedication in having the drive and determination to be successful in a high-performance culture with constantly changing deadlines and priorities.
- support the business’ activities in both primary and secondary markets for equity and fixed income, including primary bond subscriptions, secondary price discovery and order execution
