Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send out Engagement Letters.
  • Oversee and maintain the team workflow.
  • Track draft reports, ensuring that any requested revisions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and send reliance letters as needed.
  • Liaise with clients regarding required appraisal information, coordinate inspections and follow-up on retainers/outstanding invoices.
  • Provide support to the lead of CIRA’s Institutional Property Group – coordinate meetings with other internal members, provide support in executing on portfolio mandates (aggregating reports from various members, complete value summaries, internal and external deadlines).
  • Provide support organizing on-going platform and enterprise initiatives with other internal stakeholders at Colliers, as well as any applicable external vendors.
  • Provide ongoing email support handling requests and managing communications.
  • Assist with on-going communication with institutional client base (quarterly market update distribution list maintenance, linkedin campaigns, etc.).
