  • 3 – 5 years’ experience providing administrative support at the executive level.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, clients, external partners and donors.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Experience in the Financial Services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor critical aspects of the market, such as operating expenses, staff cost budgets, the business unit’s recognition programs, client and staff event management, and internal regional communications processes;
  • Provide support to plan, organize and administer the RVP’s calendar and ensures pre-preparation for all bookings;
  • Prioritize the RVP’s time against the highest impact activities;
  • Actively manage incoming and outgoing correspondences and act as a point of contact between executives and employees/clients;
  • Support the RVP with risk and compliance requirements, transit routines, and overall market office operations;
  • Prepare the RVP for weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews & routines, including electronic documentation management and all information reporting; and
  • Coordinate technical aspects of onboarding of new hires, including equipment orders and system access setup.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
