Responsibilities

  • Be the “go-to” person “in-the-know” to facilitate communication and solutions for the executive, their teams and 3DS customers.
  • Coordinate executive presentations organization
  • Facilitate inquiries, including: monitoring and answering executives’ phone lines, email, and written correspondence
  • Set-up processes and cascade process information throughout the team on behalf of the managing executives.
  • Manage and prepare internal and external events in collaboration with M1 technical assistant; participation in and/or support for large-scale events
  • Maintain complex and dynamic schedules for manager(s) supported, visiting customers, partners and guests
  • Provide remote assistance for multiple requestors from multiple locations within worldwide time zones
  • Coordinate extensive worldwide travel arrangements of the teams
  • Reconcile process and approve expense reports of the teams
  • Manage departmental expenses through eProcurement systems
  • Serve as a key member of the team of assistants, collaborating and sharing ideas and knowledge base for consistent coverage and support by leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
  • Provide best practices on administrative matters across all functions with high quality execution and service.
  • Share information within the teams they support to promote awareness on 3DS and organization news.
