Responsibilities

  • Email management: Monitoring of emails to screen and escalate priorities for the CCO.
  • Report administration: Liaising with internal stakeholders to support the production of CCO management reports in line with deadlines to support effective governance of C&M operations.
  • Diary management: Being the first point of contact for meeting requests and organisation, proactively resolving diary clashes and ensuring meetings are suitably planned for the CCO.
  • Travel coordination: Booking travel and accommodation for the CCO and C&M leadership team, liaising with client contacts and planning itineraries that enable efficient time management.
  • Expense management: Processing expenses and submitting approvals as appropriate for the CCO and C&M leadership team to ensure the timely submission of expenses and adherence to the expense policy.
  • HR administration: Supporting HR governance for the CCO and C&M leadership team with activities including ensuring progress against objectives is tracked, performance reviews scheduled and holiday requests resolved.
