  • Global VPs support
  • Efficiently assist the VPs daily and optimise information flow with key contacts (internal & external).
  • Coordinate the VPs agenda, travels and meetings with other TAG departments.
  • Provide administrative support such as complex travel arrangements and expenses, T&E follow-up, POs, invoices, presentations, reports, filling & archiving.
  • Coordinate necessary HR processes for direct reports (annual performance process, onboarding of new employees, equipment & email address order and return, office arrangements, access card, company card, system access, flowers order, birthday gifts, etc).
  • Arrange events and meetings (keep track of the invites, participators, venue, food arrangements).
  • Function support
  • Responsible for the Growth Acceleration & Gins Marketing coordination of market visit planning and coordination of meetings.
  • Work closely with CEO Senior Assistant to corporate calendar process (steerco weeks, annual cycles).
  • Coordinate all Growth Acceleration & Gins Marketing LT meetings & events – planning, organisation, and collaboration with external suppliers and other marketing assistants.
  • Consolidate all Growth Acceleration & Gins Marketing LT meeting agendas, write minutes and follow-up action points
  • Support team environments and proactively offer support if needed in team projects (if time allows).
  • Internal Communication & Conviviality
  • Actively monitor that local information channels such as intranet and screens are updated.
  • Implement locally TAG-joint as well as Group initiatives, and organise events for our TAG London employees to build the TAG sense of belonging.
  • Participate in relevant Corporate Communications and HR initiatives (Employee Value Proposition, Company values & behaviours, corporate induction) while being the first point of contact and coordinator for Corporate Communications matters for TAG London.
  • Organise events for our TAG London employees depending on the need of the business and the organization.
  • Represent TAG as “TAG engagement manager” in the monthly meeting led by Communications, S&R and Public Affairs Director Northern Europe ME.
