  • Identifies problems and generates recommendations and possible solutions.
  • Manage special projects, which may include equipment management, training new hires on policies and procedures, project coordination and logistics, documentation and collateral coordination, and acting as a liaison to Human Resources.

  • Analyze basic spreadsheet models and track projects.
  • Little instruction is provided by management on routine work, and general instructions are provided on new.

  • Collect and prepare sensitive information for discussions and meetings with internal staff and external individuals.

  • This individual interacts primarily with Staff to Director level employees within the function, and the technical team on assigned projects. There may be interaction with employees in other functions as required.
  • Utilizes strong communication and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork, and motivate, coach and guide other team members.
