Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with team to coordinate the CEO.
  • Strategic involvement in meetings, key projects, special initiatives, and other functions.
  • Initiates, coordinates, and implements departmental projects and events to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.
  • Provides diverse, tactical, and confidential administrative support to the CEO, including drafting correspondence, routing mail, calls, and visitors, and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensures the efficient and professional operation of the CEO’s office and Executive Suite, managing resources and directing administrative assistants.
  • Serves as the primary manager and liaison for the Board of Directors, managing communications, manages the board portal and board archives, maintaining relevant documentation and records.
  • Coordinates the Board calendar, scheduling meetings and events, drafting agendas, overseeing logistics, and recording meeting minutes.
  • Collects and analyzes information and prepares reports and presentations, ensuring that information is accurate and readily available for decision-making.
  • Oversees administration receptionist through employment lifecycle.
