Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end creative production - both copy and design - from brief through final delivery and performance evaluation.
  • Help lead and manage in-house and external teams in creative strategy, execution, and production, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Manage and refine the work coming in from agencies, external teams, and contractors.
  • Serve as a manager, mentor and team member: directing, inspiring and doing.
  • Hire, train and develop a team to deliver on our creative vision.
  • Partner with marketing teams to co-develop creative briefs, translating marketing objectives into creative direction.
  • Work with stakeholders to break down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas.
  • Ensure final creative concepts and deliverables align with the creative brief and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with creative operations and project managers to establish efficient processes for the creative teams while managing expectations and relationships with stakeholders.
