Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Du entwickelst und führst Assessment Center-Verfahren im Rahmen der Führungskräfteentwicklung und -auswahl durch.
  • Dabei evaluierst Du die diagnostische Güte und Passung unserer Auswahlverfahren und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen zur Weiterentwicklung ab.
  • Zudem analysierst, planst, koordinierst und kontrollierst Du die Projektfortschritte, inklusive Budgetverantwortung.
  • Du kommunizierst mit internen und externen Schnittstellen auf allen Hierarchieebenen, um die Projektziele zu fördern und zu unterstützen.
  • Strategisch unterstützt und berätst Du interne (HR-)Prozesse und Projekte im Bereich der Personaldiagnostik.
  • Neue Tools für eine zukunftsorientierte Talentauswahl konzipierst, implementierst und evaluierst Du, unter Berücksichtigung moderner HR-Technologien.
