Responsibilities

  • Become part of our worldwide team as Export Control Compliance Manager with responsibility for compliance with global export control regulations and policies especially for Software related products.
  • As responsible contact person for selected Software divisions you will consult them in all Export Control related questions. And you will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the requirements for the Global Standards and Procedures within the area of Software and IT Solutions.
  • Conduct risk analysis in the field of export control and help mitigate the risks by working closely with your contact persons in the divisions.
  • You will obtain export licenses and communicate with the authorities.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on export control compliance.
  • Finally, you will continuously monitor and audit the business activities with special focus on circumvention and review and release of business models or individual transactions.
