The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar FCA regulated compliance role, ideally within automotive finance or retail financial services, as well as experience completing FCA regulatory returns.

Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, curiosity for root cause analysis, knowledge of the Consumer Credit and General Insurance sectors, and experience in coaching and training.

What are the working hours for this position?
The working hours are from 8 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with home working as part of a structured rota.
